I was on a wildfire assignment nearby and we were given per diems for hotels. When I booked it on app I misread Farmington per diem (110 lodging+68 meal) and thought I was well within my authorized budget. It was until the very last day I realized I screwed up big time. As an introvert it took me some mental gymnastic to gain enough courage to try to explain my situation to front desk and hope for the best. Front desk lady was super nice and helpful and she helped me out right away. This specific Holiday Inn Express stood out to be one of the most impressive, if not the best, Holiday Inn Express I have stayed in recent years. Kudos to the employees :) Oh and the gym was better than some of the 4 star hotels I had stayed in.
Great hotel. From the minute I checked in, there was good customer service. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Anytime I left my room I always saw someone cleaning. There was even a robot vacuum going up and down the hall when housekeeping wasn’t present. As for the room, soft comfortable bed, fridge, coffee maker, iron were great to have. I forgot to bring my shampoo and conditioner and I hate using the ones provided by the hotel. However I was pleasantly surprised they had Dove products in the room! The shower pressure and temperature were great. Overall no complaints with the hotel itself. The location is in a bit of an odd area, a little industrial. However it was close to the location of an event we were attending.
Doesn’t look like much from the outside, but inside is newly remodeled with plenty of parking for trucks (we travel with a 40 foot trailer). Room was great for our two night stay. Just a few cosmetic touch ups that need done on the walls but nothing major. We were pleasantly surprised. Breakfast was fantastic. Plus cinnamon rolls. Room was a little pricey, but least expensive in the area. Overall great stay.
This is a good hotel to stop at. The rooms are a little aged but clean with comfortable beds. Best shower pressure I've had at any hotel. Biggest negative, not enough carts for luggage. I had a very heavy tub of Christmas presents that I didn't want to leave in the car. No luck getting a cart in the early morning. My back is now suffering.
I very rarely give anybody five stars. This is the best holiday inn express I've ever stayed in. It was clean, it was comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly. There's nothing bad I could say about this place. Except for the breakfast. They tempted me with sweets and I couldn't resist. Seriously, the breakfast was spectacular.
We had a great experience at this hotel! I have to call out Brittany, the general manager! She’s amazing! We locked our keys in our truck and Brittany came out to help us in the middle of the snow storm! Seriously above and beyond!
Great room and clean. Breakfast was free, but a little disappointed that they changed the coffee brand. Miss my Breakfast Blend.
It was a very friendly place. People were polite. The place was very clean and comfortable and if u needed something they were there to help on the spot.
